Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These terms apply to services provided by Alfamedio Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong (Business Registration No. 81293070), Unit 1009, 10th Floor, Hung Hom Commercial Centre, Tower B, 37 Ma Tau Wai Road, Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong ("we", "us"). Contact: info@alfamedio.com.

2. Services

We provide website repairs and edits, website builds, hosting and domain support, website maintenance, search engine optimisation, ad campaign management and AI chat and automation setup. All services are delivered remotely. We do not provide services to customers located in Hong Kong.

3. Prices and payment

Each service has a fixed price shown on our website or agreed in writing before work starts. Payment is made online by card through Stripe. One-off services are paid in advance or after completion as stated for that service. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Advertising budgets paid to Meta, Google or other platforms are not included in our fees.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel with one month's notice by email. The 12-month website subscription has a minimum term of 12 months.

5. Your responsibilities

You must have the right to the website, domain and accounts you ask us to work on, and provide the access we need. You are responsible for the content you supply.

6. Ownership

Your domain, hosting and account logins always remain yours. Once paid in full, the website we build for you belongs to you.

7. Results

We do our best work but cannot guarantee specific search rankings, ad results or sales, as these depend on factors outside our control.

8. Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the previous three months.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
