Refund and Cancellation Policy

One-off services

If we cannot solve the problem you paid us to fix, we refund the full amount. If you cancel before we start work, we refund the full amount. Once a service has been completed as agreed, it is not refundable.

Subscriptions

You can cancel any monthly subscription with one month's notice by emailing info@alfamedio.com. There are no cancellation fees. Payments for months already started are not refunded. The 12-month website subscription has a minimum term of 12 months.

How to request a refund

Email info@alfamedio.com with your invoice number. We reply within 12 hours on business days and process approved refunds to the original card within 10 business days.
