Where are you based?
I work remotely for small businesses in Australia, the US, Canada, Ireland and the UK. Invoices come from Alfamedio Limited, registered in Hong Kong. Payments go through Stripe.
What if my problem costs more than the listed price?
I'll tell you before doing anything extra. You decide. No surprise bills, ever.
Can I talk to you?
Yes. Most things are fastest in writing, but if you need a video call, we'll book one at a time that suits you.
Do I need to give you my passwords?
Only the access needed for the job. Ideally you create a temporary login for me and remove it when we're done.
What platforms do you work with?
WordPress, WooCommerce, plain HTML, most hosting panels (cPanel, Hostinger, GoDaddy and others), Google Business Profile, Meta and Google Ads.
